I wish we operated under Napoleonanic Law as we are helping the consumer with affordable housing options that they would not be able to purchase if they went the traditional route (or if they did their interest rates would be very high).

Since their lease expired 5 & 9 years ago(2 separate unit), can I file application with UC township to catch up previous rent increase ( average 2%-3% CPI Consumer Price Index increase)?
