I looked into PM services, and based on my calculations, 25% of my net cash flow is going towards PM (factoring their initial 75% one-time setup fee and 8% management).Also, there are no 1-bedroom apartments or condos in the block - only 1+ bedrooms available - not for rent but none present.

I type “questions1” in my iPhone and it replace it with all of the questions I want to ask.Setting up showings:Do as many as you can in a one or two hour block.

It was found that it was due to another neighbor down the street having blocked up the sewer.

The concrete has been poured, exterior walls, window, roof is done.

I have seen a lot of flips in my neighborhood and the surrounding communities, but some are taking a while to sell as many are priced significantly higher than the median home values on blocks that just aren't there yet.

We manage over 650 doors and ShowMojo has been great in streamlining that process and scheduling showings in pre-defined time blocks.

We do not have the issues like they have in florida with concrete deterioration etc so its not as big a deal here.
