Mequon school district is #1 in the State and my property tax bill is attractive.Bottom line is: SFR's within Milwaukee county make for good rental properties - home prices are relativley lower, cashflow is good; investing in the surrounding counties is a longer game - prices are substantially higher and rents do not go up proportionally, but taxes are lower and the equity play works better.

@Tab TeeheeYou take an Owner’s Draw, the timing and amount of which should have ideally been determined up front when you were doing your projections for returns.And if you have partners, you pay each partner in proportion to their ownership interest.I would talk to the PM and get a regular schedule and amount setup for draws/distributions.

And depending on how long I asked the loan to be for, of course the proportion of the total amount each month allocated to principal must be much smaller at the beginning, than towards the end.ie.
