As a family, we always have something to do: Levit Shell, Zoo, Children's Museum, Redbirds, Tigers, Grizzlies, Bass Pro, Peabody, Shelby Farms, Botanic Gardens and all the fall festivals, Memphis in May, not to mention the community/school we are in.

I am licensed in 3 states (NJ, NY, PA) and experienced in the full gamma of real estate business (buyer, seller, agency, management, construction, landlord).Currently have 4 properties, and looking to dedicate my time to buy/rehab/sell(or keep) and build a portfolio in the try-state area that i can leave for my children. 

I choose real estate to help pay for my children's education, hopefully go on that big family trip and to have financial freedom. 

I don't know what its like to not have a Thanksgiving meal and if you are lucky enough to rent from me, you and your children won't either. 

Not sure that's the best plan to invest with one of three children but I have them excited about RE. 

It has been a fulfilling adventure but I can relate with the @Jake Allen Hattock with the time and having a job and young children.
