Go to any restaurant, do the math, how much % more is that burger and beer then 24 months ago?

Introduce yourself to every realtor in your area and give them a flyer , host a wine and cheese for them to view the prioerty and point blank ask them what they would do to sell the property. 

@Bill Sargeson  depends on how far I have to go for said burger... 300 an hour is about right...

Of course, you could even make that claim if you flipped burgers at McDonalds!

Putting a house on a piece of land isn't like ordering a burger at the drive through, you have to get all the pieces fit together and at the site at the right time to keep things flowing smoothly.
