Be sure to talk to a tax and real estate pro before investing your retirement funds in your own house.Here’s another idea though I have been thinking about....what if I convince a buddy to move $50,000 retirement dollars to a self directed retirement account and loan them it to me in an interest bearing note and I will do exactly the same for him or her?

Now for me, I can live in the back unit with my buddy renting him at 750/month.I can then rent each room in the house for 1000 a month.This would leave me with a monthly cash flow of 1750, which then can be used to pay off my debt faster, gaining credibility with my lender, and putting money into savings while living in a gorgeous house.

I use one account for all my rentals make sure to keep this account for rentals only no grocery shopping etc...Now if you get BIG then you may need several accounts.Then have your personal account for other needs.I had a buddy opened an account for each rental looked like too much work/messy.
