One bank account for each rental?
What is easier and common place? Is it better to have one bank account for all your rentals or a separate account for each rental?
Thanks!

Our clients with SFR's and small multi's tend to group into one bank account. Larger multi's tend to each get their own account.
Of course each LLC requires its own bank account regardless of how many properties or doors.
