It comes in a 10 oz. bottle, with a recommended mix rate of 1 oz. per gallon of paint.  

A few bottles of water, a coupon to a local pizza place and 4-pack of toilet paper (just $1 from the dollar store) can really put on smile on your new tenant's face that first night in their new home.

It's a horrible thing to see a Large Dog bottled up in porch all day waiting to be let out-,lonely,bored,or worse- Barking, Howling for passers by to help!

Plus with a place that is brand new, every bottle of windex, sponge, etc. which is immediately extensible needs to be bought, and I've made way more trips there than I will need to once it's been running for a while.My point is that the first year in a vacation rental is going to have more expenses and less income than future ones, and I'm likely losing money at after depreciation this year.

I have a cat and a dog and keep a bottle handy cuz ya never know with pets!

Use a sterile plastic bottle if you can.

I usually leave a bottle of the crème bright stuff when they move in.

You can go there to set things up yourself, which will really help you ensure you haven't forgotten anything small that a guest is going to complain about (can opener, wine bottle opener, etc.).
