In the commercial space you can boost the value by either lowering expenses or adding some other monetary value i.e. coin laundry, storage fee, parking fee etc....

I guess the moral of the story is to know your market.

Not only will they save you 9.8 tons of heat annually, they’ll also boost your property value significantly.The weather might be extreme this season, but that doesn’t mean your power bill has to be.

I brought this up in a recent REI meetup and I think it is a tool that can help those who might need to build some age of credit or give a boost to that score to help get that better rate. 

Sweat equity will provide an early boost to ROI.

Cash distributions from my experience have come quarterly which is a nice boost in those months.  

If your company does a match, that is also an instant boost to your starting capitalization.If your plan offers a Roth component, you should seriously look at that.
