Will you be re-financing?

The payback of principal to the private lender family member is undefined or was there an understanding of a refinance/payback in a certain number of years?  

It’s only 1000 sq ft so we should be re-listing it within a month. 

This is a group of 3 adjacent properties that will be re-branded.

You can save money or pad the bottom line by having a basic knowledge of remodeling or a good remodeler as a team member. I

As an active duty member, I can tell you that the network we have here is growing exponentially.  

When I look the property up on the county website it is zoned single family.It's an older home so I assume it has been divided and added to over the years, probably prior to rigorous permitting and zoning laws.I would like to ensure that everything is legal prior to possessing the property, and imagine I would need it to be so to use the rental income towards the loan.So I guess the questions are:Is it silly to think this could be re-zoned?
