I would have an honest talk with the tenant and let them know that you WANT to allow her to park there however if you do then you are risking damage to others personal belongings.

Find out out property and belongings transfer in that case. 

It is difficult for attorneys to get money directly from the LLC's, but not from your assets inside those LLC's and I imagine the bulk, or all of the assets in your LLC's belong to you. 

I am unsure how the eviction process works in your area but in my area the sheriff will be there as all belongings are moved to the front yard.

Normally you'd keep the rent for the portion of the time that they have the tenant's belongings in the unit and until keys are turned over.
