@Todd Dexheimer I have been listening them non-stop for the last year and is how I have found my first batch of companies and people to follow. 

I use batch skiptracing for my data and it works for me. 

And I’ve never had any issues with touch-ups as long as you use the same color batch and mix the paint before using it. 

Batch Skip tracing is another one recommended to me.

You could outsource this data entry or convert the owner statement to a spreadsheet and batch import. 

If you're at $1,275 to hit the next batch of people looking you likely need to get under $1,200.

Alan,  I asked, and he says it's small batch, for personal consumption.

We did, and the plan was to house students during winter (3 miles from State University) and STR for the summer (plus some time for family to visit and stay).Well our first batch of students had a party, and even though we thought we were good friends with the neighbors, and we were at the scene within a half hour of the party starting, some not so savory neighbors (stabbed us in the back) reported us to the town.
