Treating it like a business - tracking performance

Doug Carroll
Posted

My wife and I have been investing seriously for several years now, have 11 properties and 17 doors. We use property management but would like to keep better track of our portfolio's performance, property by property, better than we have. I'm a mortgage loan officer so things have slowed down on that front, have more time for REI and need to treat it like a business so we can scale properly.
Suggestions on apps to use to track rent, expenses, cap expenditures, price bought, estimated current values, etc? Thanks!
