The partial exemption is usually granted if you have to sell due to certain circumstances like a job relocation, health issues, or other unforeseen events.

Not sure what you're financing position/plan is, but make sure that you speak with your lender regarding if there are any issues financing the acquisition of an STR in North Conway, NH in the event that the property appraises as "rural."

I also currently have a personal umbrella policy, but they are claiming the personal umbrella wont help liability in the event an STR guest wants to sue.
