Ask if they have an appetite for investor grade single family homes.

I have a bit more appetite for risk though.

That said, when I first started out my appetite for risk was much higher than it is now. 

The risk seems to be too great for your appetite and lifestyle.

However, the small local lenders have little appetite for portfolio or commercial SFR due to the last residential bust.  

Call small local lenders in your immediate area, and determine if any of them have an appetite for lending on rentals like the ones you have.
