There was dead air space at the front due to no foundation ventilation.Damage- the front sill and sub floor, the center beam, damage under some old plumbing at the rear center; tube scarring on numerous floor joists.

The AC has no problem and since the service, we found sometimes the air is not cold enough.

I also thought SeaTac had a reputation as being "blue collarish" but it reportedly is right in the middle of Seattle and Tacoma offering great path to progress and easy commute to Seattle (via rapid transit)....Alaska Air's HQ is right next to property and there are massive expansion plans, which looks to be a plus...On the other hand, I cannot help wondereing how many potential tenants want to  next to an airline construction activity and a casino.

I live in the condo and the A/C air duct for the hallways in the building causes some noise and wall vibration in the bathroom and one of the closets in my unit.

Basic training is at Lackland Air Force Base, and there is a graduation nearly every single weekend of the year.

I thought an easy turn-key rental was a safe first purchase, and Bossier City where I bought isn't an expensive market and has Barksdale Air Force Base, strong growth and new tech jobs moving in.

One of my units doesn't have central air but rather has a few AC units.

Unfortunately, air conditioning is not considered a health or safety issue in Texas.  

Yeah well NorCal is literally ON FIRE.. the air is so smokey, But, that would be off topic. 

I'm 10 miles in the air looking at your situation, so take it with a grain of salt.
