It really depends on how efficient you are with your work, but it definitely gets busy at 100+ units.Jamaica, I forgot to address the "mid-term rental" issue.

I just use the very basic features of uploading a list of addresses, paying for skip tracing, around 10cent ea, and created an 8 mo, 8x, touch campaign and just turn it loose and never touch it again.

How that is addressed will depend on whether this is a new venture funded with cash, an acquisition, a round of expansion funding, etc.
