Any tips, stories that worked, visuals?

Came across this pretty neat visualization of home price trends over the last 20 years for major US markets (compiled by Avison Young, using Zillow data).https://www.visualcapitalist.c...TL/DR: West coast cities lead the pack on total appreciation, and are driving US average home price trend overall.

A shower pan/glass doors/tile/rain shower head will be much more visually appealing (and I think appraise higher?) 

More interesting it has become a hotbed of creativity in the music, visual and media arts with a concentration of rapidly growing enterprises at the forefront of digital media, real estate, and entertainment expansion.

If this is bathroom wet wall you may gain a visual access behind shower faucet cover plate.

Do you like working with your hands, and have good spatial-visual perception.

I don’t like to see more than 3-4 colors in something, it just breaks it up a lot, it’s visually busy, not relaxing, makes it seem like 5 little house areas inside one building.
