Sure @Curt Smith, We are utilizing a combination of many marketing strategies:Direct mail ( 2,000 letters a month to out of state owners) ~$1,700/moSocial Media (Facebook, Twitter) -FreeGood old fashion word of mouth -FreeSeller Website (traffic is generated using a mix of SEO, and the above) ~$50/mo (for just the seller site)Searching Craigslist ads -FreeSearching Thrifty Nickel ads - FreeBird dogs -$500 referral fee if we close on the property!
