The electrician said it was a 15 amp breaker and that probably the heater drew too much electricity and burned out the outlet.

He drew up the LLC's tax documents on that basis.When the documents were received by one of the members accountant, he immediately disagreed with that interpretation.There is no resolution at this time, but I will post back if one of the accountants manages to convince the other. :-) -Brian
