I have disliked doing the work although it can be very satisfying you will learn how you operate everyone is different. 

Most tenants harbour a secret dislike of landlords in general so I rarely take into consideration what they may think when I make business decisions.

I also will be doing AirBnB as well so they'll be gone before I start to dislike them.

Call 5 ask them what parts of the city they like/dislike and why.

There are 2 business I want to try to get into:Wholesale or Overages surplusFrom what I hear and see RE Agents dislike/Hate wholesalers, I’ve seen aggression on BP towards them like they are a disease or something and my aunt is a RE Agent, I don’t want to clash with her.

My dislike is the landlord's lease is audited and rewritten to Sec 8 approval. 

Any attempts to flood the economy with cash to help the banks or save the market will spark inflation again and just kick the bust down the road and make it a bigger problem.I'm not sure why you think I like or dislike the financial system.

I will say that I am like you in that I dislike auto debt and will do what I can to avoid it (i.e. cash for a used car and run it into the ground).

@Jacob Morris - Hi Jacob, I'd speculate that the reviews stem from taking a largely thankless job- tenants dislike property managers for the most part, owners see them as a necessary evil, and if I was to make a prediction people don't take time to provide great reviews nearly as frequently -  it's to vent and post a complaint.That said if you search Stonehenge reviews you will find 1 star reviews...I have my own client base and operate a branch office of Stonehenge so I'm quite separate from them other than the oversight of their broker...none of their online reviews are my client base. :)I qualify at the end of this month to apply for my broker's license so I will be on my own soon enough.
