Right now we are seeing an influx of investors from South America (Argentina, Brazil) and also more interest from overseas investors from places like Ireland and China. 

Having ONT flying directly TO/FROM China to me means those areas or surrounding areas might get a boost in price.

War with China.

For example we may think one thing but then if china invades Taiwan and Taiwan self destructs their semi conductor foundries then the world is suddenly changed for the negative and will have signficant impacts to our economy.One thing we are seeing for example is a lot of borrowers take HELOC out during covid to pay down debt but have since maxed out their credit cards again and can no longer access additional funds… The lack of liquidity again another factor in play to keep housing numbers down - so all in all who knows

A store in a mall won't give you used packing stuff but a storefront one that gets delivered stuff from China will... think small retail corredor store. 

I am currently listening to podcasts (Real Estate Rookie), watching YouTubers (Robert, Ken, Kris), reading books (Brandon Turner), and keeping up with current economic trends (China, Debt-Ceiling, Interest Rates).
