I get his automated emails showing new listings every day and review those every day.

It is a great real estate investment technic.I follow "Airbnb automated " on YouTube, and he owns sorry "controls" 100+ units on Airbnb!

I wish it had more ways to help automate some of the daily functions that are used in property management and more so on the tenant portal side of things.

Everything is automated.  

What I like about TenantCloud over something like Cozy.co is that it has automated template leases / notices, electronic signatures, an accounting feature, robust mobile app, and great reporting features.

Automate as much as you can! 

But this will also help you automate your savings.
