If you are looking for anonymity also, you may want to throw in a Land Trust.

I still have the email set up but no one ever emails me on it any more, this way you do not have to give your phone number out and you still stay anonymous.

An LLC does not buy you anonymity.

Goals for having an LLC structure in my priority order are: 1 Liability - keep personal net worth away from business, 2 Separation - Keep operating activities separate from assets, 3 Compartmentalization - Keep asset risk separate, and 4 Anonymity - Keep personal identifying information out of business affairs. 

There may be city ordinances that are being violated... put in an anonymous report.

@Austin Montgomery  Transferring the property into a trust, particularly an anonymous land trust within a Series LLC, would be a way to avoid the Due on Sale clause while also allowing you to utilize your LLC strictly for paying rents, contractors and doing business.
