New to BP, real estate, maybe even life!

Hello BP family.

I realized about 30 days ago I was paying for everyone else’s life and want theirs to pay for mine. Since, I have read multiple books, watched videos, and listened to multiple podcasts.

I want to start this right and have had time since my wife has been busy and we want to do this as a team. We plan on doing a strategy meeting this month and have already been approved for a Morgage. In the meantime I have setup my LLC in Wy, got an EIN, and am opening a bank account. Next step, opening my LLC in state for first opportunity acquisition.

Ok, question. How does the money flow from my Wy LLC to instate LLC and how do I lease the property to instate LLC for security.

I know this is more in-depth than needed, but privacy and security is important to me.

Thanks BP family!
