Which, since its going to wreck the seller's credit, you should expect a lawsuit from the seller.As long as interest rates are low, the payments are getting made, and the banks are backed up with the foreclosure mess, I think there's little risk of loans getting called.

Ive had two similar charactors I just pay them for the day in your case for the wreck then have them sign a note you write saying its paid because they will forget and then part ways.
