one time in the Catskills we had to as it was a wedding and there were no hotels.. beds were terrible etc .in Hawaii  we stayed on Kanapali beach at the Whalers it was decent..  

One theme I have seen repeated over and during the pandemic is a magnification of realities:People are stuck in their homes.

Something that is a mini-Disney type of place, dining options, shopping, relaxing views maybe all with a single theme.

Also look at Facebook groups if you want a flavor for this group although more for less is a theme of the most vocal on those groups.

The me the sistering and subfloor replacement can't be done without ripping up some floor.

It is desirable in the summer for lakes and outdoor recreation and Silverwood Theme Park and in the winter for skiing and snowmobiling. 

This is how I think of it...Orlando for example, people go there because they want to experience Disney and the various theme parks surrounding that area.

In a crowded market like Orlando the recipe for success is simple, Focus on the client experience and that begins with cleanliness; Have a well-designed and themed house (you don't have to go crazy but try to be unique); Have Amenities to offer, there are a bunch of communities and the amenities they offer are powerful marketing!

I have more my goals by 40: 7M in RE w/ 4M in equity: 4M now w/ 3M equity, purchase more RE / partner 20k in passive mo. income; 10k now, wedding venues and SRTs to bring it there 150/hr income; finish spec writing course & freelance at $150/hr 

However, Lambeau does attract tourists year around, holds a lot of tradeshows, weddings, events.
