Lenders will want to verify you live somewhere else through various methods such as a utility bill, 12 months rent payments + lease, and/or a explanation regarding your current living situation 

I would chat with a conventional lender to verify, as I mainly just do DSCR/hard money. 

Also, your state has the right to audit your LLC to verify you are running it correctly - this happened to one of my colleagues recently.
