I haven’t taken a trip yet, but I like the idea of having it available to me.

I’m trying to make sure my business appears legitimate and trustworthy to local sellers, but I also want to avoid violating Google’s guidelines and risk having the account suspended.Would love to hear from anyone who’s faced this issue or has creative ideas for solving it!

I have $25K cash for a down payment and can add $20K/year ($1,600/month) toward payments.No W2s, I've looked into building a small home right away and using a bank statements loan (have about 8800. monthly income) , but with 9%+ interest rates, it’s beyond my budget.Is there any sort of creative financing ideas possible or private lender possibilities?

By the way my last local purchase was dec 2021 which was before rates started increasing (just a few months before, i had good timing - when the fed states they are going to be raising rates, it is a good idea to believe rates may go up).  

and planning to attend meetups while there is another great idea.  

A good idea is to give incentives to GCs for early completion instead of penalizing them.

Plenty of people have had the idea before.
