But on average, unless you are dealing with a warzone property or really terrible people, I think if you are honest with folks, tell them what your new plan is, and wish them well, you'll usually get things back OK.

It allows people to take cash to a CVS or Ace Cash Express, pay their rent using a QR code on their phone (or we can print one for them) and boom -- payment shows up on their ledgerAccepting cash is a terrible idea.
