The cons are that it can be an additional cost of 3-4k per year depending on jurisdiction, broker fees and subscriptions, MLS subscription and other subscriptions (sentrilock, etc).

And we did pay the $499/yr subscription based on my other cabin's bookings so that didn't seem to help with the initial bookings.VRBO was just not listing it.  

Now I paid for a year subscription from audible, so I can get the books the podcast guests recommend and listen to them at work too.I just closed on my first property about a month ago, a duplex on the east side.

The subscription model is replacing the buy model in many industries.

I get deals to post but not a premium member because I have so many subscriptions that the cost keeps adding up.

Hi All, any suggestions on the best phone subscriptions to use for VA’s out of the Philippines?

Will I gain access to the foreclosures on here with a Pro membership or is it a separate subscription all together?

My friend is running into many issues, like not being able to log in, or can log in but not as admin.. just lots of technical difficulties..I have sent my initial contact Bruno an email asking if they would "reset" my subscription date once we get the site working... he never responded back me. 

Would you buy a subscription to these foreclosure sites?
