Me personally I look at my rental as a business everything is paid for by rental.

An annual business tax as a hotel of $50 and collection and remittance of transient occupancy tax of 12% from renters is required of all short-term vacation rental operators.

I do not sell my model but I have a friend in the business who offers a much better model than Michael Blanks in my opinion.

You could simply let them know that your schedule is busy and they need to schedule a time with you in advance.

Most fields in the real estate world will unless you are an employee to a business.
