You wont be the one paying back the notes so try to stretch your 100k as far as possible!

Traffic here is not much different then you would expect and the beauty of costa Rica is they already figured that out for you hire a tourismo Van and don't drive :) As for Manuel Antonio for me its is a 7 mile stretch of land that is very difficult to build.  

Where that can seem like a stretch if your collecting $700 and market is $1400.

@Jad Boudiab - although I'm sure your business model may be sound, it's quite a stretch to say that it is leaving more value and equity. 

I suppose if you're STRing one unit and making it work, it's not too much a stretch to move out and do the same with the other.

Don't stretch yourself when your tenant may be stretching themselves too.

Lastly could you just hire an operations manager and keep doing what your doing that allowed you to amass all that cash.. you wont do this in the rental game that quickly by any stretch.
