Traffic here is not much different then you would expect and the beauty of costa Rica is they already figured that out for you hire a tourismo Van and don't drive :) As for Manuel Antonio for me its is a 7 mile stretch of land that is very difficult to build.

Lastly could you just hire an operations manager and keep doing what your doing that allowed you to amass all that cash.. you wont do this in the rental game that quickly by any stretch.
