Super grateful to my awesome investors, I raised close to $10 million in a week for my 500+ unit deal.Closing is scheduled in a couple weeks.For those that are reading this thread and you need to raise private equity for your deals, I follow this simple saying:When I first started, if I raised a $100k for a deal it was monumental and I felt like a superstar.Don't give up.This business is a long term game and focus more on developing and strengthening relationships with investors.

It's a move I would consider if my price is low as a way to strengthen my offer and only if I'm very confident in getting financing.Is this consistent with others views? 

I probably need to strengthen my lease in this area.
