It's time to start the process as everyone else mentioned above.

If enough people reach out, eventually it would be great to start a meetup group for STR investors in the area.

I ask why and they say "well I did not know my grandpop was going to die" and right when they say that usually they start to understand.Correct.  

Their a/c starting leaking and has missing ductwork, and is blowing air in random places.

I would recommend joining ULI (Urban Land Institute) They have a network of people that can provide exactly what you are looking for I discovered their youtube page last year and started binging......I would like to do the same...

Or start a business which would require a lot more time than owning RE.If it were me and Dallas is appreciating, I'd probably hold onto it since you've had it since 2011.

For the crowdfunding and similar platforms that are starting to rise, would the lower returns be a result of the diversification they provide or due to the different risks they come with?
