Here they say you get them with 0 upfront costs and free after the special tax program and what not. but 95% of them Nobody can qualify for.

My friend @Andrew Bosco specializes in medium term rentals (it should be similar furnishings to STR) and has a pretty sweet checklist that he utilizes for furnishing the property.

Other, more specialized private lenders will make second-position lower-dollar loans.
