Cost was reasonable at $87/month for a slot with a one year committment. 

Any of them can be on a little tenth of an acre rented slot in a park or on 60 acres of land. 

You seem to know the areas from Baltimore to PG so choose one that fits your price points and is close enough for you to monitor.  

Account Closed  John most commercial banks and or lenders are not lend to individuals they lend to LLC or corps and then get anyone with a 20% or more interest in said company to PG.. and they underwrite those members financials which include tax returns PFS and credit.Bobby California is awash with money and lenders..

I also found out that she's gotten three parking tickets at a particular address last year so I'll send her a letter once every 2 weeks (unless that's a bad idea).According to the neighbors, PG County comes out to do some maintenance, but I can't find a lien anywhere.

We do open house style showings for a half hour time slot, and can get 10 different applicants all showing up at once to see a specific unit - and it's a struggle to keep track and follow up with potential applicants through the process with so many applying.
