So if your plan is to refinance, I would check with your takeout lender what their requirements are, and make sure the bridge loan is set up in a way that makes that process as smooth as possible.

@Taylor Roeling yeah we aren't planning on having a lawyer run the eviction, we were only planning on paying a consultation fee to make sure we were doing it right :) Hopefully it goes smooth!
