While this definitely speeds up the process, it still takes multiple hours to print, many more to stuff and stamp, and then there is the learning curve.Doesn't seem to meet your goal of automating.

You'd be charged beforehand, the job completed, then you would get photos, an invoice, and a pdf of all communications with time stamps- Would your company have boots on the ground, or try to do it centrally/long distanceOur company would not have people on the ground, we would be doing the follow ups and check ups, and if anyone becomes unresponsive or if the job is above budget we would be doing the chasing and follow ups with all parties including landlords for approvals.
