Is there any way to get completed URAR Sales Comparison Approach Section forms?

Your entire analysis/comparison is wrong. 

(Though I doubt you’ll find a 5plex for comparison it might be worth about as much as a 4plex in many locations.

I think it would help you to have an apples to apples comparison, looking at the numbers both ways.

I would like to make a comparison with other opportunities like rental or flips.

The BRRRR method is NOT an example of this.The key to doing this is to make every decision based on the number sequence, "1073741824".

Other turnkey companies offer properties in Cape Coral including ones mentioned above, but a quick comparison across price point, delivery time, sq footage, etc. results in a pretty clear winner.

You are better off doing your comparisons based on the data that they have on their own websites.As far as set-up, I think there are some platforms that can help with that......wait for input...:-)
