(We're both playing devil's advocate here because I'm a lender and, if I recall from your previous posts, you tend to be a borrower.)There is certainly predatory borrowing (semi-random applicable link from 2011), but I don't think that's the bulk of "where the action is" when it comes to what we are seeing with student loans. 

Semi precious stones can normally be bought for Under $.05 per dollar of appraised value, and seldom are the semi precious stones GIA appraised.
