Cost PSQF of new construction
If anyone has done new construction. What could I expect to pay in impact fees and to hook to city power/sewer etc? The main question. What have you found the average cost per sq ft to build. Without the cost of land. I did what I thought was a pretty close take-off for a small 3 bed 2 bath with no garage and I got about 40$ per sq ft for just material. If labor is aproximate to material I see a total of 80 sq ft. Does that sound about right? Thanks!
