@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with. 

So I did a 3-2-1 buydown and secured a 2.875% interest loan for the first year of the loan, and it will gradually go up a percent each year until it hits my rate of 5.875%!

Better if the company has a lot of info in writing that you can absorb to minimize this.

By the way, my company can likely finance your deal with 10% down on the purchase (90% LTV) and 100% financing of the renovations.

A solution company that intrigues me is Acoustimac.

There funding is almost never secured for more then a year at a time.

I see why folks are asking this company says they do 100% loans for purchase and rehab with a whopping 620 fico..

There is no one with experience in actual real estate high up in the company, which is the problem with most tech companies masquerading as real estate companies (including brokerages).Let me know if you want to know even more. :)

We can close on $50,000 to $50M (note a company doing multimillion dollar deals is not doing $50k deals)
