The place we are looking at is in desperate need of new floors, carpet, paint, etc. all throughout the home.

Fresh paint and new entry doors finished the house off and had it ready to rent inside 30 days.

People still want to live in these areas but it may not be easy for them to qualify for a mortgage or the banks may not want the particular property on their books because of peeling paint, loan amount, etc.

Paint was a year old in great shape when she moved in and she was here less than a year.

There's nothing worse then having a plumbing leak and having to rip out all the tile you just put in. 

From the photos I see on the listing, it looks like it could need:-Removing wall paper and painting-Kitchen remodeling-Removing carpet - replacing with hard wood floors- Not sure about bathrooms (no photos )Note:Roof was replaced 2018 so that is good.HVAC is newWhat do you think?

1st, I rip out carpet and replace with LVP.2nd, over half the population have pets and you are ruling out these potential renters.3rd, most of my tenants have pets and have stayed with me for many many years.

Paint color depends on style of house.
