I've been lurking here for a while and need help from you smart folks...Will HUD allow owner-occupant winning bidder to re-negotiate purchase price after the inspection IF inspection reveals major issues that were not noted in the Property Condition Report (i.e. foundation failure, mold, roof failure)???

I will add to the previous comments ... to some people PROFIT is a dirty word ... especially when someone else is making it.If you reveal your profit to a buyer, that buyer will think "That is a lot of money ... why couldn't I find this property before this seller did then I would have a better deal."

Given the actual corner was not 90 degress, nor were they very straight, and the fences were not perpendicular to the street, we very quickly ordered a survey ($450) that revealed that the property line was actually on the other side of the road, the road cut across the property and the house at the end of the road did not have a recorded easement.
