How will you promote it?

@Zk LaniMain questions my company looks for: (FYI we don't lend in SC so this is for information purposes and not promotion)This is for a 100% HM loan that covers both purchase and repairs for new or experienced investors with low document requirements.Before you have a property targeted:1) Bank statements showing roughly 10% of the loan total on hand.

For my pt job i demanded a pay raise and ended up getting promoted to supervisor as a part time employee.One interesting thing that i did for extra cash that im pretty proud of was my side hustle.

Working for a raise or promotion, switching companies, cities, career fields - that’s what I did, while keeping expenses low.

i would guess 1/2 of the benefits used to promote Muti-family are bogus in the sense they are no different than SFHs.

There are also quite a few other groups that don't promote on BP but they can be found meetup.com.

They love to claim this...but so many of their claims are just more propaganda to promote THEIR agenda.
