Trying to find without calling first but will probably call county office to confirm but does anyone know what are the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector requirements for a home built in the late 70s in all island of Hawaii.

They're closing offices and leaving.

The only reason I jumped in on this thread is because I learned as a military officer that when you stand for nothing you will fall for anything.

I had to eventually get in touch with one of the officers of the corporation that owns the management company to get action.

Naca does a pretty good job in these areas with subsidized rates I sold half a dozen of my OREO to Naca buyers through the Jackson office.

They complained loudly and reported me to Section 8 and the head of the office called me and said that the rent increse was too high and unconsiencable. 

If you have an office and just do property management, I think it is wonderful software.
