A few weeks ago my thrid little girl was born.  

We purchased a 1920 Farmhouse but opened the walls and found an 1823 log cabin instead.The project is not a for profit venture as I am doing the remodel for a close friend (lucky girl) but we'll dip our toe into the financial analysis of it at some point as I know there are curious minds like mine out there.

In order to pay off my renovations, I decided to rent my place on Airbnb to tourists while staying at my girl friends place.

The orig. lady we were working with was awesome....i told her due to xmas...give me a week and we will get all necessary paperwork in.....monday after xmas called and no nancy....a jennifer davis then said she was working with it....girl is awful....had no clue....we are now into end of january after first girl said we only have 45 days or will lose rate so i couldnt figuire out why this jennifer never called back never returned emails etc.  

I once had a girl try to sell her grandma's house.

Just like many other topics such as would you evict a pregnant woman, would you kick out a handicapped squatter after you bought a foreclosure, would you rent to a sex offender who was 16 when he was charged statuary rape against his girl friend who was 15-1/2?

Then he said his girl friend might move in one day and she also works fir the same department with two vehicles.  

I am 30 years old, a husband and father of two precious little girls.

No, don't know specifics on the house or situation of the owner, but have seen the house and have seen the tenants or owners, a guy and girl. 

I would have needed to get into some physical shape (Cute girls like that don't go out with slobs) and I would have needed to make some connections that would have placed me in such a way that I would be trusted enough to be with her.
