If we assume that once in a while things will not go 100% perfect with one of these small $50/mo storage units... is this really worth your time?

If everything goes perfect it seems you will create less than $100K in equity.

Even with general security agreement, you would still stack behind any lienholders who are already secured and perfected or even who have secured positions on any personal assets.

Eventually, it will be worth it to ditch it and do more of what you love, but for now your plan is perfect.

That's certainly not a perfect way to prevent abuse, it would just make it harder for those people who want to flood the system.

There are even members that will respond here that have ulterior motives, so you shouldn't trust them.Go through the content available here on BP and then start looking for a Property Management Company you can build a relationship with - but, still verify & validate what they do as no one is perfect and even an honest mistake can cost thousands.Some agents may post here to start with them, but 95%+ of agents don't know how to properly identify a rental property to buy.
