I live in Greenwood, and I'm the pastor of a small church in Fairland, IN.I'll originally be operating with very low resources, which is the reason wholesaling seems best for me right now.

We Bought a little "hobby farm" in Middle TN and after taking a year off getting some things sorted, I am getting back into the groove again.

Does anyone currently use Property Farm?

Can any of you provide thoughts on:1)  Fredericktowne Village (not the Golden Mile mall area... the area NE of downtown, Stratford Dr, etc)2)  Country Side (off Rt 85 just north of English Muffin Way)3)  Old Farm (across Ft Detrick from Amber Meadows)Thanks for any input.

We have over 150 properties insured through State Farm, and they are excellent.

you will do great as long as you take the first step, and pull the pin, the biggest mistake most wana be's make is never taking action. dont fear it, take action. be sure of your numbers, fall in love with the DEAL, and NEVER fall in love with the Property. you have plenty of potential in that area, find your farming area, and cultivate!!!

Part of my longer term strategy is to over the next few years build up a good brand and relationship with brokers and home buyers in my farm area so that when a house I'm brining back to life hits the market, everyone wants to see it and put an offer on itI guess I'm looking for guidance from those more experienced ...will having this same brand on my direct mail pieces be a positive or negative thing?
